I offer a free telephone consultation with no obligation to continue. This gives opportunity for us to discuss your concerns briefly and to see if we feel comfortable in working together in support of your finding what it is you need.

We can work together in the following ways:

I prefer face to face work however Skype, WhatsApp, Landline or Mobile phone sessions may be possible depending on your circumstances.

Practicalities:

My practice is easily accessible and sits on the number 17 bus route, there is often on street parking available nearby.

There is a sloping access followed by 2 small steps at intervals within, wheelchair access is not available.

Counselling & Psychotherapy sessions are for one hour and normally will be made in a block of 4-6 weeks depending on your requirements and our initial discussion.
The initial session will include my completing an assessment of your needs

Fees:
Are payable by cash or preferably direct payment (direct bank transfer) at the beginning of each session (or before the session if paying online) I am happy to receive payment weekly or in block, this is entirely your choice.

My fee reflects the level of qualification, practical experience, and the service which you will receive, each session is £75 for 1 hour

Reduced Fees - I provide a number of reduced-fee sessions for students and those with low income. These sessions are limited and allocated discretionally.

Please be aware: Once a session has been booked if you are unable to attend, at least 24 hours’ notice (between Monday and Friday, my office is closed on weekends) is required.
